monit isa shop-floor data platform for small and mid-sized manufacturers.Collect it, connect it, turn it into profit.
Operating data, pulled straight from the PLCs and sensors you already own. Any maker, any model year. Fewer paper logs, less re-typing.
Production, inventory, orders and cost on one line. The floor, the core system and sales stop living in separate tools.
Manufacturing, sales and management read the same numbers. Add AI, and pricing moves from gut feel to evidence.
Three rules our forward-deployed engineers work by.
So we start with the unglamorous part: turning the floor into data. And the way in ismonit.
Every maker, every vintage. Where to start, how to fit hardware without getting in the way — the people on the floor taught us one machine at a time. Not rushed; checked at every step. Still, 90 machines in four weeks. The link to heat treatment took shape alongside it.
It began with one department running several systems in parallel, and pulling them into one. After that, we were not the ones expanding it. “That department next.” The customer drove it; we kept up. The gaps they named became our path into the core system. What AI can do beyond that, we are working out together.
Head office and two plants, each with its own part numbering and process names. We asked on-site why, then found a way onto one system without changing how people work. Decisions came fast, each step checked and passed. Inside a year of go-live, management reads the same numbers.
Most of our customers make things in more than one place. The first plant is never a one-off — it becomes the pattern for the next.
Our engineers go to the first plant and learn your part numbers and your processes there. After that it is a template: one department to company-wide, one site to three.
Every site's production, inventory and cost on one line. Not three spreadsheets to reconcile before anyone can decide.
Overseas plants tend to run older equipment from mixed makers. Legacy PLCs and sensors, whatever the badge on the front — that is what monicon connects.
The world has entered an age of turmoil.
The long peace is drawing to a close.
Japan's growth has stalled. Its prosperity and its standing are not what they were.
That is exactly why acting now matters.
The industry with the widest base in this country is manufacturing.
Change it here, and Japan can be strong again. That is what we believe.
Japan's shop floors hold skill and know-how built up over decades.
None of it has become numbers. It is still sitting on the floor.
The workforce is shrinking, and handing the craft on is getting harder.
That knowledge is quietly being lost.
We turn the shop floor — all of it — into data, and turn that data into profit.
A labour shortage becomes an opening, through DX and AI.
Maximise efficiency and profit. Rebuild an industry good for the people in it.
And give people more free time.
That is transmit's work.

Technique, know-how, the people who carry them.
It is what this country is built on.
Multiply that hard-won strength byDX and AI.
The squeeze turns into an opening.
Know-how circulates, and waste disappears.
Profit, maximised.
Efficiency and profit, at once.
Good for the people in it, and for Japan.
